DELIVERY OF THE Threat Vulnerability REPORT, Action Plan & Incident Management Procedures

The development and delivery of the Incident Management Procedures comprises of three stages;

  1. Threat Vulnerability Assessment (TVA) calculates the level of risk faced by your school. The level of risk is calculated by identifying the type and nature of threats facing your school and establishing how vulnerable your school is to those threats. In short we identify the scale of the problems faced by your school.
  2. TVA Report and Action Plan provide a rational step by step approach to mitigating the identified risks with measurable goals and objectives in priority order. This report and action plan is the key element of the process, building resilience to incidents by providing solutions to the specific problems identified within the TVA.
  3. Incident Management Procedures (IMP's) provide your school with a step by step guide (Immediate Action Drills) for staff to effectively and safely deal with incidents should they actually occur. The Incident Management Procedures explain what action needs to be taken and by whom.
