IMP Implementation Training
To ensure effective implementation of the Incident Management Procedures, Betaris can offer specialist implementation training with a 1 day package covering the following topics:
Resilience
- Crisis Response Organisational Structure, roles and responsibilities.
- Responders roles and responsibilities.
- Personal security & vigilance.
Response
- Reacting to an incident - case histories.
- Incident Response (including Cordon operations).
- How to train & implement Immediate Action Drills.
- Incident tracking and reporting.
- Dealing with the Media.
Recovery
- Post Incident Procedure considerations.
- Lessons Management.
This training could be delivered during teacher training days as a scenario based table-top exercise at the school, including a walkthrough tutorial. This would occur at a suitable time after the TVA has been completed.
